For this historic home in the heart of downtown Southern Pines, Ed and Michelle reworked the floor plan (including entirely moving the location of the front door) to make the home more open and fill it with natural light. They completely renovated the kitchen, added a butler’s pantry, created a master suite, opened up the dining room, and added a pair of French doors to the new brick patio and landscaped backyard.
