Martin Road Project
Ed and his wife Michelle updated this 1980s farmhouse in midcoast Maine. They completely remodeled the kitchen, living room, and master bathroom, added a mudroom and powder room, and updated the exterior and landscaping.
May Street Project
For this historic home in the heart of downtown Southern Pines, Ed and Michelle reworked the floor plan, completely renovated the kitchen, added a butler’s pantry, created a master suite, opened up the dining room, and added a pair of French doors to the new brick patio and landscaped backyard.
